		<description>Thanks Troy!
For years I have looked at what I have been doing and wondering what I was doing wrong. I felt like I was working hard and achieving good things but there was this constant stream of people saying that the key was balance and it was obvious to me that I was not achieving that. I felt good about what I was doing but I didn&#039;t hear anyone else agreeing with it.
I like to live a balanced life on a larger time scale. There is too much overhead in every activity in life to be balanced on a daily or even weekly time frame. If I can look back over years and see balance then I am happy about how I have been spending my time.
