Hey Ben. In short...I increased my food intake by about 60-70%. I don't like to cook so I never had food in my place - I ate most meals on the run. So I looked for a Zone-based diet program on the web that would help me figure out what kinds of food could be made quickly but would still provide me with the amount of nutrition I wanted. I ended up choosing Formula Zone (http://www.formulazone.com). I put in my weight, my activity level, and my goal (gain weight) and it figured out the calories I needed. It actually maxed out because zone diet protocols say that each meal should be less than or equal to 400 calories. I need ed about 2600 cal. 2600/400 = 6.5 meals per day. But I manage to get about 5 meals in (counting snacks as meals), 3-4 are solid food, and usually there's a protein shake in there too. Since I backed off and am down to 4-5 (instead of 5 regularly), my weight has plateaued

What kind of changes did you make to your diet?
Were there big changes?

Jeez Troy:

I'm really proud of you man - that's a really great improvement. It's nice to know you can back up all those bins of sporting gear. ;-)
