		<description>Yeah, I find that I slide all over the place in the muddy trails in my regular KSOs. The tread is just too minimal and smooth. Looking forward to playing in these. Have you tried the other full on winter ones? (I can&#039;t remember the name of them.)</description>

		<description>The Treks do much better in muddy conditions than the smooth (though laser siped) standard VFF soles.

Just note that they aren&#039;t waterproof and water will get into the toe pockets via the synthetic material that lines the sides of each toe pocket in the Treks.  The leather parts are pretty waterproof though, so that is a plus.</description>
