American Justice department wants their secret transportation law to be challenged only in a secret court case

It is utterly incomprehensible how the U.S. Justice department can have a secret law that people are supposed to adhere to when they don’t know what it is, and that when challenged in court, that they would claim that the court case itself must also be kept secret, because knowledge of the case would inhibit national security? What is worse, secret laws created by your government? Or potential terrorism? I would say the former is FAR worse than the latter. Guaranteed criminalization of a percentage of your population who do not know what law they have contravened and who can not see the law when asked. Versus the risk of somebody getting on a plane using their REAL I.D. and then causing havoc. I look forward to seeing how John Gilmore does with his lawsuit.
